Of course, you're less likely to be injured working at a desk than performing heavy physical labor. Still, it's important to care for yourself and your health at any type of job. Here are some of the best ways to take care of your body when you constantly work at a desk.


Stretch

There is no doubt about it, sitting on a computer for hours on end can keep you sedentary, lead to back pain and even hinder your circulation. Stretching regularly can help you to deal with some of the strain imposed by sitting at a desk all day.
